From Engineering Roots to Diversified Group
Peo Ya Africa Consulting Engineers was registered and founded in 2010 with a clear mandate: to build a multi-disciplinary engineering and project management enterprise that reflects the talent and potential of black South African professionals.
In 2022, recognising the synergies between infrastructure consulting, resource extraction, and urban development, the leadership restructured to form the Peo Ya Africa Group — a holding company with four distinct but complementary business divisions.
This structure allows each division to develop its own market identity and expertise while benefiting from shared leadership, governance, and transformation credentials at the Group level. Our roots in construction engineering give us a systems-driven, standards-based approach that underpins everything we do.
